Why am I not seeing my purchased NFTs?

Openlake is decentralized platform and does not store your NFTs on our platform. All NFT assets are kept in you wallet. If you encounter with the missing NFT issue, we suggest you:

  1. If you purchased the NFT from other platforms, plus transaction is successful on blockchain, but it does not show on Openlake asset list. Check the transaction history on the platform you made the purchase. You might be using another wallet address when you made the purchase. Also, check if your wallet is connected correctly. If you have doubts about the connection, you can close your browser, clear the cache, and try reconnecting.
  2. If you just made the purchase, please allow some time for the blockchain to complete your transaction. You might have ran into traffic if the blockchain is facing high demand.
